This policy applies to full time program tuition for the enrolled school year. Full time program tuition is $4,500.

Key Dates and Terms
Student specific setup begins when AIA starts preparing for the enrolled student. For standard fall enrollment, setup generally begins around August 1. For rolling, flexible, or mid year enrollment, the setup date may be different and will be based on enrollment records or written school communication.
Student participation begins when the student first participates in an AIA directed instructional activity, including live instruction, self paced coursework, orientation coursework, assigned coursework, assessments, onboarding assignments, platform assigned work, or other AIA directed educational participation.
Official withdrawal date is the date AIA receives written withdrawal notice from the parent or guardian, unless the school and family agree in writing to a different effective date.
School Issued Devices
School issued devices may include assigned school laptops, iPads, or other school owned devices assigned to the student.
If all school issued devices are returned by the deadline, the higher refund amount in the schedule applies. If any school issued device is not returned by the deadline, the lower refund amount applies and AIA may use the $1,000 difference for technology replacement and recovery.
School issued devices must be returned even when no tuition refund is available.
The device return deadline will be included in the withdrawal or return instructions.
UFA and Outside Funding Programs
When tuition was paid through a scholarship, ESA, Utah Fits All, reimbursement, or another outside funding program, refunds are handled according to that program’s rules.
For Utah Fits All scholarship students, any refund of UFA funds is returned to Odyssey and is not paid directly to the parent or student.
This refund policy applies equally to all students enrolled in the same full time program, regardless of payment source.
AIA will process refunds and withdrawal reporting through Odyssey or another funding administrator when required.
